The mission of KP Real Estate Investments has always been to give our clients one on one service and offer a boutique Property Management Company to service Liberty Lake, Spokane and surrounding areas for residential property management.

Most importantly, we believe the personal relationship and attention to detail with each client is essential.

Kelsey is the Broker & Owner of KP Real Estate Investments Inc. and has been an entrepreneur and business owner for over 17 years. As a busy mom of 5, she loves the opportunity to build a business to teach her children about opportunity, hard work, and quality relationships. Coming from a Real Estate family in Washington, she has always had a passion for the field of Real Estate. Her career in Real Estate & Property Management started out in High School working at Global Credit Union in the Real Estate and Marketing Department. Soon after graduating from EWU with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Kelsey bought her first home in Spokane and moved to San Diego shortly after.

Within a few weeks of living in a new area, she started work for Lincoln Military Housing, a PPV company on Camp Pendleton. Kelsey loved having the opportunity to work with our servicemen and women and found it to be such an honor to help those who sacrifice so much for our country and our freedom. While working for Lincoln Military Housing, she started in customer service, was promoted to management, and then took a job in accounting. She quickly learned all the essentials about running a successful Property Management Firm.

As a relationship builder and the passion to help people, she took that knowledge from Camp Pendleton and started her quest in San Diego to build a boutique Property Management company. After years of serving clients in San Diego county, Kelsey sold her business in San Diego to focus solely on KP Real Estate investments Inc. in Spokane and surrounding areas. She now resides in Liberty Lake, WA with her husband and 5 kiddos.
